The living area comprises of a dining cum drawing as well as an entertainment area. It is arranged to provide relaxation and entertainment. A storage space in the shape of a black box is given in the living area. The wall with panelling and the soft and hard accessories intensifies the beauty of the living. Utility with beauty is the mantra used here.
The designer has changed the dining to a focused area by combining the table, the false ceiling, the pillars on either side of the windows etc into a single unit. The false ceiling is white in color. In contrast to these white ceiling rafts, wooden finish is provided in the middle of the ceiling. Another surprise is the storage space provided on the pillar which is on either side of the dining area.
The master bedroom is built strictly on the principles of vaastu. The flooring is in wood. Due to the minimum space an open shelf on the top of the headrest is really an innovative idea. The storage space is extended to the ceiling so that maximum utility is attained. Niches with two wall paintings, down lights and a mirror in continuity to the wardrobe give the bedroom a pleasant atmosphere.
Another bedroom is done in black and white theme. The key wall is painted in blue. The wall opposite to this is decorated with some paintings. Also a study unit with a writing board and soft board is arranged in this bedroom.
The modular kitchen is rich with all modern amenities. The cabinets are all in marine plywood which is waterproof. A small work area to clean the utensils is also arranged near the kitchen.
